At Big Wave Washateria, we use only Gain detergent, and Downy fabric softener unless otherwise requested. Your clothes get a deep clean, soft feel, and long-lasting freshness—never generic products, only trusted brands.
When will my laundry be ready for pickup?
Most Wash-Dry-Fold orders are ready the same day or within 24 hours. As soon as your laundry is finished, you’ll get a text notification, so you can pick up your fresh, folded clothes right away—no waiting, just clean laundry when you need it.
Can I bring my own detergent for Wash-Dry-Fold?
Absolutely! While we normally use Gain detergent and Downy softener for a fresh, high-quality clean, you’re welcome to bring your own detergent or special products. Just let us know your preference when you drop off your laundry, and we’ll make sure your order is washed exactly the way you want.
